Now then Poolies.

We've got John McPhail doing a talk-in starting at around 6;15pm tomorrow evening.

"Monty" was of course a massive part of our 90-91 Promotion Season (25 years ago!!!) and will be talking about those great days under Cyril Knowles and Alan Murray, as well as his later spell as Manager at the club.

Don't forget, the Centenary Lounge is open pre-match every Home Game and is easily entered on the Clarence Road side of the ground about halfway down the Cyril Knowles stand.

We had a great turnout for the Kevin Dixon talk-in at the Derby County match and we are hoping to make this a regular thing so your support would be much appreciated.

Hope to see you there.

PD

Can anyone get in regardless of where you sit/stand in the ground or is it only open to the Cyril Knowles stand occupants?

Yes, anyone can come in and it doesn't matter where in the ground you have a ticket..they let you in-and-out of the Lounge. Would be great to see a few from the Bunker there.

I'm trying to avoid thinking about the thing that happened later in the evening so how did this go. I imagine Monty had a few good yarns to tell and would also like a report on the state of his tan.

Never been either but I'm told it is right next to the transfer window.
