A pretty decent set of highlights that shows us dominating chances until late on. The first clip of there wayward show after a minute or two was there only effort on goal in the first half that I can remember.

We should have won and if Bingham had at least ran at the player who passed the ball in for their goal we probably would have. I can see why Mansfield let him go. He has no passion or fire in his belly, light weight and always looks like he doesn,t want to get hurt in a challenge, get rid!!

Judging purely by the highlights we should have scored 1 or 2 more and that would have won us the game. It'd be more worrying if we weren't creating chances, if we do get a decent striker in I'd be confident of safety as a minimum.

What's Ched Evans up to these days?!

Last week he buried one in the bottom corner from 20 yards and should have been awarded a penalty.

The lad has only recently turned 22 and has plenty of ability. Give him time, he's far from the finished article but to write him off already is naive.

Bingham didn't do much yesterday although he did nudge the defender in the back when we scored. It was the right decision to bring him on having scored midweek and could use his pace to run in behind but he didn't look hungry enough. He may not have the best record in front of goal or be great at holding the ball up but you still get plenty of energy from him but that wasn't the case yesterday. He didn't chase down too much and when he did he'd slowed down and backed off before he got there. Not sure what was wrong with him but he wasn't exactly at the races yesterday

I was thinking the same the other night, the outrage bus surely must have left the North East by now!!

It's perception innit. I got the result about 6:15 and was over the moon with it. If I'd been watching and seen us concede a last minute equaliser I might have been pissed off.

Either way, a point away from home is never a bad result.

I'd usually think he is good, but Bingham was genuinely dreadful and woefully ineffective yesterday. Didn't look arsed and was more bothered backing in than attempting to win the header. Harrison showed how effective someone in that position could be and Bingham didn't look like someone who can play up front on his own. Didn't chase anything, didn't win a header and then missing the cross that came in that should have been a tap in. Just shows he had no anticipation yesterday either. Granted it was a foul on him in the build up to the goal, but if he'd have look bothered and appealed or gone down, maybe the ref would have seen something different to what he'd been doing the previous 60 minutes.

More to do with the piss poor defending that saw 3 players unable to deal with a regulation high ball lumped to the edge of the box

Awful misjudgement by Bates who got right under it, Richards ducks out of the way and Jackson caught the wrong side

Terrible goal to concede and our inablility to see games recently (late goals v Derby & Plymouth) is costing us

If you don't or can't take your chances you have to defend well and we did neither

We did take one of our chances and looking at the highlights we limited them to very few so that's a vast improvement than against Accrington.

Agree we did score one but then missed a good few other decent opportunities, including a shocker by Harrison when he somehow hit the post from a couple of yards out. Two points dropped that we can't afford to be dropping.

The fact that Yeovil won means it's only 4 points away from bottom 2, and failing to win games like that keeps us down there and piles the pressure on.

History shows that teams in the bottom 2 at this stage of a season are not always the ones that go down, I think and hope that York to take one place.

I believe Dagenham with John Still there will stay up, Newport are much better than they were early season, and from Barnet up over they are as good as safe in reality, Stevenage probably too good too.

Over the last 10 games we are 2nd bottom of form table with 7 points from 30, with York 5pts, Yeovil 10 and Dagenham 11.

Next 5 games are pivotal with 4 at home. We need to be winning them, but won't if we keep being so profligate infront of goal and so charitable at the back.

Apologies in advance for taking the positives out of a good away point, but the things that struck me from watching the highlights were how well their keeper played and the three times in the second half that Woods put Gray through on goal.

Those two are developing an understanding in the final third that is real quality. Two goals from it already; surely more to come!

There keeper rightly got man of the match, he made double saves and when he was beat the post saved them. We also headed one in from a corner in the first half but the linesman judged the ball in to have bent out of play. As for poor defending, they had one clear cut chance in the match and took it. There striker misjudged the ball in as well and if the scorer's run had been anything other than it was there is no goal, he was fortunate it fell to him so perfectly and from them on he did great.

It was a hard point to take, we deserved all 3 but id have took a draw at the start and it was a vast improvement from Tuesday.
