Yes ronnie is the manager, but he always strikes as more the motivator type than tactician. We had a lot more fight and determination than against blyth last season, however tactically we look inept from one week to the next. But surely sam collins should take a small element of the blame. It may be wise investing in a new member of coaching staff rather than him ramble on about new players
