If the latest rumours are to be believed then anyone still doubting the need for a trust really should be put in a padded cell.

Thats all.

What are these rumours then? If you are going to start a thread mentioning them then at least elaborate?

It hasn't got a Bank Account yet, several months into the process. I understand this is about to be resolved. It's taken a LOT longer than originally anticipated. (ElvisC, Pools fan, NOT "Trust Spokesman"!)

Right. As you are now in a position to check (Investigate), stop being a smartarse, and tell me if Pools have a parent company owning them. And if they do, find out who it is.

Theres a challenge for you.

I know who I think it is but I am not saying. :naughty: :shhh:

I run a credit report on HUFC Limited today and it does indeed list the ultimate holding company as IOR.

However, the information is based on the 2013 year end. I'm sure the next accounts which have to be filed shortly will show some clarity.

I saw a Companies House report today and it's also worth pointing out that JPNG Global are listed as owing 99.10% of the shares in HUFC with the rest split between various people. No mention of Ken Hodcroft or Larsen etc. It also suggest that Mr Hodcroft, Larsen and Landsman etc are all resigned as active in HUFC.

I'm still very much giving JPNG and the Chairman the benefit of the doubt and my support.

Yep, I agree that this is exactly what the shareholding shows. I think the rumours circulating are more about who actually controls the shares.

The parent company of hufc is showing as ior.

Would this be due to no current accounts being filed then?

The list is endless;

Monthly use of the Jet Ranger.
Access to the Lear Jet
Free three course dinner every day of the year.

Oh, and a single share in the trust and a single vote - same as everyone else.

Admittedly its not West Midlands Regional Crime Squad levels of freebies but its a start.
