On the Hart by-pass yesterday tea-time. I was coming into town from the A19 and all the traffic was backed up, people turning around in their cars and heading back up to the A19, I wound my window down and one of the drivers said it was a car on it's roof in the road. I had to come into town from the Castle Eden side.
Anyone heard owt?,...... I do hope no-one was seriously hurt.

On Tuesday about 4.45pm there was a loose dog on the road that caused a bit of a tailback. Not aware of any crashes.
