ispunblock.com you can then pick what site you want to use once you are on it.

Ironically try going to proxy Bunker! You shouldn't forget that! The links on there for pirate bay etc work

This is Cameron's Britain mate. He has decided that it's in the public interet if the ISPs are obliged to make your everyday activities a Chinese water torture.

To be fair though, I used the qualification "Cameron's" only because he's the current idiot in charge.
