Sometimes cough up little white lumps that look like bits of tooth?

I've done it all my life but in the last couple of years the frequency has increased a lot.

No mate - sounds a bit worrying to me.

If it helps make you feel better - since hitting 39, I've developed some horrific farmer giles.

Lucky you, I'm 21 and cough them bits up so what's next for me! I've never known what it is, I just get on with it.
