I rang WFC to buy a disabled ticket (£15) with free carer(me)
Cheaper than £15 and £8 for the lad.
But was told disabled tickets are for wheelchair users only, How does this work, the lad gets highest level Disability Living Allowance.
So WFC decide who is disabled enough?

Anyone else remember The Ponderosa bar and Billy?

I had this problem a year back, not a footy game but I guess the answer is still valid for WWFC. Since the DHS has stopped paying DLA by order books no one who claims the benefit has any offical proof anymore so unless the person with the disability is in a wheelchair ie they can see the disability it's a no go.
It's shocking and not very fair but there are too many people ripping the DHS off.

You could say that a wheelchair proves nothing though. Anyone could turn up at a match pushing their able bodied mate in a borrowed wheelchair as a way of getting in and saving the price of a ticket.

Thats exactly what they do in Florida to get to the front of the queues at the theme parks! Get priority to the front and then get out and walk onto the rides rage
