......and here was I thinking if you lay on the couch all day eating cream cakes you'd live to be a 100

You could go out for a brisk walk, get caught in a freak snowstorm and succumb to hypothermia.

I'm glad that photo of Hale got put up, as I, like 95% of the population never knew which was Hale and which was Pace

how about a brisk walk up to KFC, buy 2 bargain buckets with a zinger burger chaser, eat the lot and wash it down with a diet coke (has to be diet)? That won't do you much good, like.
