Just got in from an excellent awards night at the Staincliffe.

A few headlines...

Ken h - spoke as usual about he financial challenges ahead. Announced it is 5 pounds entrance this Saturday v Exeter. Asked us to keep buying season tickets etc.... Really praised the young players, the experienced pros for helping the young ones, Colin cooper and then said how disappointed he was with hignett leaving???before telling all of the players HUFC would not stand in their way if they wanted to move on.

cooper was excellent...spoke passionately about the club, his plans, his vision for how to play, the excitement for next season...really filled me full of hope for next season.

Walker and James stars of night but all players spoke exceptionally highly of cooper...especially Sam Collins...seemed Avery high camp. Rollin next season for me!!

Oh..and hardwood is a man mountain!!

And of course Collins spoke very highly of Cooper....he'll be No.2 next season and then when Cooper is sacked he'll be No.1!!!! :roll:

So ken just recited his programme notes? Russ tickled everyone's belly n cooper pretty much said anyone goods for sale and the squads going to be exactly the same next year?
