To grass or not to grass - update

I didnt have to choose whether to grass or not on the bloke a few streets away who went out pissed in his car without any updated tax, ripping his tyres to shreds
His neighbour did and the police came round.
They found him stoned in his living room and searched his house. In the loft they found eighteen cannabis plants under special lighting.
He's being done for intent to supply as well as tax.
Personally I'd have grassed him for the tax but not the grass.

He'd have probably been drugged up AND driving. To do him for both sounds reasonable.

I think thats potentially far worse when it comes to impact upon others yeah.
Of course he may have been stoned driving and I wouldnt recommend that either - though he probably would have been going slower than if he was pissed out of his head.
Stoned - or selling a few buds to friends (18 plants is not a big operation) against driving dangerously whilst pissed with no tax. The second is far worse to me.
