Eek!!!

Training has been brutal at times and now I have the torture of taper to look forward to this week as the countdown begins for my shortest day longest run from St James' Park - Stadium Of Light - Victoria Park - Riverside Stadium back to Victoria Park in time for kick off Pools v Burton!

Tomorrow I'll knock out 10mile or maybe half marathon then rest of the week to maintain my Runstreak (today been day #2540) I'll keep ticking over with 2 and 3 milers!

Of course the main reason for the 4 Footy Grounds Run Challenge (65miles) is all in the name of charity with two football related charities close to our hearts, Finlay Cooper Fund and The Bobby Robson Foundation.

Delighted with the way fundraiser has gone up to now but now I'm looking for a huge push to smash my target and go well beyond...so please you lovely fellow Poolies and Bunkerites repay my hard graft and help these two worth while causes if you possibly can.

Thank you
LOTS

Good lad Nobby... feel free to print off a pic of myself Colin Cooper and Sir Bobby's son Andrew to stick on the bucket also!
Can be found on my Twitter or Facebook account or on Pools sight I believe! Let's get the cash in for both charities.
Cheers!
