I know its a long shot but I sold a set of alloy wheels on flea bay last night to someone in scarborough and was wondering if anyone on here pops down that way and would be willing to deliver them . for a few quid obviously.

Cheers.

These guys are pretty reliable

Though I doubt they're Pools fans.

Nah, that would rely on someone's having to meet them off the bus.
Better to pop over to Whitby, set them off at the top of that hill, then let them roll themselves down the 171.

The pressure could lead to you going nuts like DiCanio when the wheels come off.

on a related note, I need to wrap the alloy wheels in bubble wrap for sending by courier. Does anyone know of a shop which sells bubble wrap in hpool??

The £ shops sell it but the rolls aren't massive.

Cheaper option would be to get some old thick cardboard boxes and use the card to protect the wheels by taping it over them.

Why don't you just lob them towards Scarborough like a big frisbee.

If the wind is right you never know.

If he was organised I went to Scarborough 3 weeks ago and could have dropped them off then.

Piss poor planning really.

Its took me all bloody night to wrap the twats in cardboard and bubble wrap. The way the terms and conditions of the couriers reads you would think I was wrapping the crown jewels

If it was Mr PiN's you were wrapping you'd need more bubble wrap than you used on the wheels.

(Sorry, not a wheel pun in there, maybe I shouldn't have spoke)
