They doing nothing that any other newspaper across the country would do. The simple fact is , and this just my opinion. That all names , both the victim(s) and the accused should be kept secret until the case is over and then if the accused is found guilty he be named if found not guilty have the same right as the accuser(s) and have life time anonymity
