bin men n council now work till 8 i believe over 4 days tueday till friday so it wont always be the morning.

god knows ours were both changed to Tuesday so they don't confuse things over bank holidays, then 2 weeks later they sent a letter saying their putting the recycling one on a Monday for a couple of weeks, its been Monday ever since. fling it in the street they might pick it up one day then
