not yet but it's looking grim, despite the recommendations of the cabinet involved ion the development... the labour group saying it has no confidence in the said cabinet...... in other words they want to block it on account of personal vendettas.

They are in for some serious hard times in the near future if they do..... it is going to be spelled out to them that they are not acting or speaking for at least 4 to5000 people in this town
