90 year old former scout who worked for every north east club aside from Newcastle. All round gentleman.

Died peacefully this morning.

God Bless.

i think he was on late kick off a few weeks ago, done a little feature on him at boro's training ground, seemed a genuinly decent bloke, very old school but it still worked well and he could spot a player.

RIP

Very sad news, I have had the pleasure of chatting to Jack every home game for the last umpteen years, he was incredibly well like by the club and everyone had the greatest of respect for him. As others have said, a real gentleman. RIP Jack
