...should it be the little bottles that every no mark from football managers to chavettes deem necessary to walk around clutching and swigging from, even in winter?..... Has 'global warming' suddenly kicked in with a vengance and temperatures shot through the roof necessitating large fluid intakes or is is just another sad fashion statement from people who wouldn't be seen dead drinking water a couple of years ago .... before it became fashionable that is

water is a curious story. people being brainwashed into buying something that's freely available for nowt. drink water! hydrate yourself! ok!! I don't deny it's good for your system to drink water but all you have to do is buy one bottle, then repeatedly fill it up from a tap, its a revelation. put it in the fridge for an hour and you can't tell the difference. people are stupid.

That is what I do with the bottle I take to work every day. Simple really.

There is always 2 three litres bottles of 'tap' water in our fridge. As good as any of the so called quality drinking water, the brands of which I can't remember right now. As good a way of keeping yourself hydrated as any.

I'm with parmo on this one, or I used to be.

Beer is 85% water right?? The other 15% is malt, hops, sugar and yeast.
They say you need 3 litres of water a day and five helpings of fruit and vegetables.

So if you have six pints every day........................ :sweet:
