They were supposed to have ... 'won the race'.... I can assure you that that company will NEVER see a penny of my money, for what it's worth. I really do despair sometimes. rage

It's no worse than the hoards of cretins in Hartlepool sporting the colours of Newcastle / Man Utd / Chelsea etc etc.

What's the big problem here?! Just because they are based in Hartlepool it doesn't mean they are from the town, they could be from the Boro but just situated in Hartlepool, like Carpet Line near B &Q.

Anyway, we already have a shirt sponsor don't we? They are something to do with amazing, fabulously superb oil company who i keep reading about on here who bail us out to the tune of a cool million each year, and apparently we can't do without!!!

So what's the problem? confised

Are the Norwegians kicking off about IOR sponsoring us? rolfl rolfl rolfl

im not a fan of this dual sponsorship shit for next season clubs are bringing in, it's starting at spurs with there different sponsor for league, cup, champions cup etc etc totally in 3 different shirts, home away 3rd bla bla bla now it's spreading to the championship.

Greedy as fook.

I don't recall anyone ever saying that Pools couldn't do without IOR but since they have been around the club has had it's most successful period in it's entire history by a long long way. IOR have brought us a hell of a lot of luxuries that many people couldn't of dreamed of, ant that can't really be denied.

Firms can sponsor who they want, but if more people and businesses from Hartlepool took an interest in Pools' then we wouldn't be as reliant on funding from the oil company that you don't seem to approve of.

Nope.

Spurs have brought out 3 shirts for the league, with 1 sponsor.

Then 3 shirts for the cup game, different sponsor.

Then 3 shirts for the champions league, different sponsor.
