whats the deal with the quota they have in Germany, I just though there was a wage capping dependant on your income over there.

I thought this was against EU regs that your allowed to work in any european country if you obviously have a passport from a country in the trade agreement?

Also they are bringing in this "home grown" rule in next year which is a pile of rubbish as players like ces Fabregas are classed as home grown as they have been here for ages, its just plain daft.
