maybe,but they would be taken off at the begining of the season,and when the final whistle was blown on saturday that was the end of the old season and the begining of the new,so in effect the 2010/11 season is underway

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the appeal is heard by an independent panel, not the original BoT. {Bunch of Tossers}.
