So cos Liddle played do we lose the points picked up at Brighton ?
From BBC WEBSITE:
[i]FA charges Hartlepool for fielding ineligible player
Hartlepool have been charged by the Football Association for fielding an ineligible player during Easter Monday's home win over Brighton.
The League One club picked Gary Liddle in the 2-0 victory when he should have been serving a two-match ban.
The midfielder collected his 10th yellow card in the previous game at Leyton Orient two days earlier.
Liddle has also been charged and both he and the club have until 26 April to respond to the FA.

What punishment could Hartlepool face?

Hartlepool currently sit four points above the League One relegation zone in 17th place.

The League One club picked Gary Liddle in the 2-0 victory when he should have been serving a two-match ban.
