This is an absolute nightmare-confirmed on the official site.

We need to know whats going to happen-crystal palace were deducted 1 point last term for similar.

This could send us down yet.

Im asking for fans to find out facts about points punishments for similar offences-the club have till 26 april to appeal.

The club and lidds have both been charged,so im fearing the worst-we need to know what to expect-can anyone come up with facts/info?

and how the hell was this allowed to happen and by who- fookn nightmare.

Cheers

2005 Altricham were deducted 18 points after fielding an ineligible player in 15 games , in those 15 games they won 18 points, so had every point won taken off them.

Slightly different AFC Wimbledon deducted 18 points, kicked out of FA Trophy ordered to repay £12k for failing to get international clearance for a player

2008 Mansfield 4 points deducted for failing to register players(different to our case) they won 4 points so all took off them.

the Conference are utterly ruthless in cases like this
The FL isn't so, as we found out to our cost when Chesterfield were allowed promotion because they didn't get a sufficient points deduction, after they were found to be in contravention of rules relating to contracts and payments to players - i.e. cheating

Also how Rotherham were allowed to blatantly bend the rules about admin after another form of cheating (living beyond their means) then not going into admin until the following Monday - ensuring our relegation from League One in 2006

It will be interesting to see if they crucify Pools again

Im expecting the 3 points-anything less will be a surprise,and a bonus.......

after yesterdays performance I can see on and off the pitch events conspiring against us big style.

those responsible need naming, shaming and made accountable.
