I think at this stage in the season in the position we are in we have to go with the team that is winning game whether parts of the crowd like it or not. IMO

I think he should be left out of the starting 11 as you rightly say, teams that are winning games, need to play
But he should be brought on as a sub as he makes a massive impact when he is.

Of course a player of jones quality "should"be atleast on the subs bench but, I personally think he will without a doubt be away at the end of the season. Chris Turner obviously doesn't like him otherwise he would certainly be in our starting eleven and proberbly most other teams around us starting eleven.

jones looks like a good player when he has a point to prove, ie coming off the bench.

recently when he has been in the starting 11 he hasn't had the same impact.

He is one of the most frustrating players for me at the moment.

It's obvious he has bags of talent, but some days just can't be arsed. Whether that's down to him or the manager I don't know.

He was one of the many Pools players I would have shot with shit after the game at Bristol Rovers last season. Didn't break sweat once.
