Well that decision has made my mind up about this weekend. I was gonna take the day off work (holiday) but not when he is coming on the pitch.

It's absolutely fcking scandalous that he is allowed to carry on as boss making these decisions. At least take a defender off and go 4-3-3.

Bjornsson has scored 3 in 7 starts in the League this season, Boydy is the most natural scorer at the club albeit he has been poor recently and I far from like him but Micheal Mackay????

I'd love Mackay to do well and I'm not knocking the lad but we're playing Southampton here, one of the strongest teams in the lower divisions. The lad has looked out of his depth when I've seen him in the reserves, nevermind away from home against a team like that.

and even then took another striker off!!!
It should have been gung-ho and three at the back, three in the middle and four up front for the last 5 minutes, then launch it up front. Why not have Boyd, Bjornsson, O'Donovan and Monkhouse up front for the last 5 minutes? Take off a midfielder and a defender - we were getting beat anyway!!!!
He didn't even try to get anything other than a narrow defeat that tells me - what a bag of shite!!! What did the team have to lose when it is already losing? If the equaliser comes, then revert back to 442 or 451.
The man has a loser's mentality and I'm fu-cking sick of it

Narrow win = Press interview saying the lads worked hard and we were unlucky

Throw on 3 or 4 strikers and get battered 6-2 = Interview having to admit we are not good enough

Tunrner will be standing for election as town MP in a H'Angus costume by May.
