He was apparently attacked with an improvised knife, vis-a-vis a sharpened toothbrush. How the hell do you get a toothbrish so sharp it would cut someones throat?

surely it would be just made into a point andhim been stabbed in the throat? just the media hyping it up and calling it cut cos it sounds more dramatic
