might be with the way you are sitting.

Get your health & safety officer to come and do a risk assessment on your sitting position.

This is great for two reasons.

1) it makes them do some work they really can't be ar$ed to do.

and

2) They will teach you how to sit correctly. This give you a chance to accuse them of patronising you.

Is it radiating down your arm? If so it could well be RSI. Incidentally some people laugh at this illness as a sort of sick note charter, it isn't. Its real and it can get extremely painful.

You need to make sure that your desk is positioned properly and get one of those wrist supports for placing in front of your pc.

Bit behind times there Mr I mate they not called RSI any more when they affect the upper part of the body. They called WRULD........ which stands for .....

WORK RELATED UPPER LIMB DISORDER.Same bloody thing just another abbreviation to add to the endless list of them.

Could it be caused by someone who stands/sits behind at the Pools home games constantly tapping you on the left shoulder, to tell you how badly we're playing.

I saw a risk assessment book that featured mostly a couple of pages for some really quite dangerous jobs, yet featured eighteen for posture at a desk. You can tell who wrote that one up.
