Not sure who sits on it now but it was created in 1963 and at time some tory back bencher was chairman and consisted of ex players, and an ex referee. Tommy Lawton and Tom Finney were originally on it, not sure of others.

So will presume it still ex players/ referees. Roger Hunt, Gordon Banks may still be on it.
