I queried my tax code with the tax office a couple of months ago, on checking my bank account a few minutes ago I've just discovered a credit for £3365.19.

How do you do it? I've been on an emergency tax code for the last 12 months and haven't got round to changing it.

They owe me just short of a grand. Phoned them up in May and then August. Got a one to one meeting at the beginning of September, was told it was sorted................still waiting.
I'll check my bank account............they might do it in batches. confised

no they dont they give you it all in one go, I would ring them and keep pestering them thats what I did and got a grand and a half back last year
