This is not a moan or anything but does anyone else think that he is wasted out on the wide right? At the moment i dont think Behan and Boyd are playing particualy well so why does Turner not drop one of them put browny up front and put leon Mcsweeny back on the wide right? At least this way we would have some pace up front with the skill of boyd or strength of Behan.

You have to wait until the wise men of this board raise themselves above their alcoholic stupour to get any sort of sensible analysis of tactics.
You keep trying though, cos in a few years most of them will have graduated to white stick and wheelchair status and you will be embraced as a knowledgable Poolie contributor.

Its certainly one option. Brown has had his best games for Pools on the right wing IMO. A couple of times he has moved up front and looked the business, then after a couple of games the opposition double up on him and mark him out of the game. Plus he gets more of a chance to run at people from the wing.

I think Brown & boyd should be tried as a partnership, but i dont see it as the answer to all of our 'problems'
