So were you doing the great north run today or where you doing something better like watching the cricket.? i wish I'd of been at the cricket - found it very tough today.....

No I didn't run GNR I'm not a big fan of it to be honest fell out of love with GNR years ago, it's oversubscribed, overpriced and to be honest over rated imo, a big WELL DONE to all those who did take part though and raised money/awareness for charity, Joe Public and The North East were the true winners, not Big Bren/Big wallet and his big name International star names!

Didn't get to the cricket either decided against paying extortionate ticket prices...enough is enough!

So a couch potato day really (unlike me) watching the above on tv plus the Manchester derby and enjoyed a huge Sunday dinner....did manage to squeeze a gentle 3 mile run in late in the day :grin:
