has anyone heard of them, my girlfriend loves them. They are a three peice jazz act not to bad actually, although she normally listens to drum n bass, electronic music, gabba, baseline and the occassional punk and screamo band (misfits, head automatica, glass jaw)

I really hope you have not just defined head automatica as a screamo band

Glassjaw yes, head automatica no

The only similarity is the same singer, musically there on different planets.

I'm dissapointed in you compo

I didnt define them as a screamo band I know both groups well as hear them a lot due to my girlfriend, the lead singer has a good voice but have to agree they are poles apart.

She also got me into a mash up dj called shitmat which is good, she also loves square pusher.

She has very broad but good musical tastes

I wouldn't have described glassjaw as screamo either, but then I always find such pigeonholing a bit tiresome. Honestly who the feck cares if a band is hardcore or post-hardcore or post-punk or grindcore or industrial or whatever the bollox.

I honestly dont know what half of these genres are!!

Aye, saw them at Newcastle Uni in about 2006 supporting Little Barrie. Was a very good gig from both acts. Shame there was no one there.
