I demand answers, considering I'm a member and all of my threads should be kept.

Not so much a 'Rap Thread' as a 'Crap Thread'.

Half A Dollar? Blimey - rap /hip-hop for the mainstream. Fairly bland stuff these days.

The Roots, Dilated Peoples are much more like it. And going back, Gang Starr, Jeru The Damaja, Blackalicious...

Wu Tang Clan, MF Doom, KRS-One, Pharoahe Monch, Talib Kweli etc. Proper hip hop.

you type in the name of a band/artist and it plays a selection of tracks from that genre. If you type in eminem it will play anything from eminem to dre from ll cool j to nwa. Etc etc. Stuff that you wouldnt normally listen to. Its pretty good. Not just rap either. All depends what type of music your search for.

Last.fm is fantastic. Also Spotify is good fun to listen to full albums & find all-sorts of stuff.
