Heard today that Coventry City told Pools that they were not prepared to part fund Dimis wages for a season long loan. They have told Pools to take him off their wage bill & sign him permanently or its a no go deal for us.

Dimi interupted a six week family holiday in Greece late last week ,expecting to sign for Pools on Friday on the friday, he is now dissapointed to be heading back to resume his family holiday without signing for us.

So how does that tie in with Turner's comments that he has agreed terms with three players and is waiting for their return from holiday to conclude the deal?

What is your source?

Well lets forget about him, he's hardly set the world alight since he left us and i'm sure there's plenty of decent keepers about especially ones we wont have to break our wage bill for.

Dimi's employers Coventry City will always have the final say ..even more so if they are expected to part finance his wage in a long term loan.

They obviously think he should be totally off their pay roll & freeing up a salary..its plain to see Coleman does'nt see him as part of his plans for the new season.. CC did everything to shift him out last term.

Sadly its a fact mate ..Dimi was back here from his Greek holiday at the weekend with a mission... fully expecting to sign for us. Unless Coventry have a change of mind he will stay out in Greece for another month enjoying time with his family .He would only have broken off his family holiday for something he really wanted & a move to Pools was what he wanted.

Sounds like something turned Coventrys head ..a permanent switch to Swansea possibly?..Dimi is still a hero there.

Did he tell you that himself? How reliable is the source?

It will have ruined my week if it's true.

I will be dissapointed too but if his wages are SO high then we may be better off getting another keeper. There must be other good keepers around, the majority of the premier league/championship teams have at least 3 decent ones on their books

This is what REALLY worries me...

Provett goes, Dimi goes.

We sign two keepers hastily as we have no keepers. Both turn out to be disasters.

Now we have no keepers. Let's hope we don't make the same mistake we did when we signed Butdz and ALB.

My friend Stelios Popopopopopopoulos has just told me that he's been in Hartlepool for the last couple of weeks. Is Stelios telling lies?

I don't know if any of this Dimi transfer stuff is FACT or not.

But what I do know to be FACT, is that Dimi was in Hartlepool on Saturday evening, I was sat outside North Star having a little drink before going to fujiyama for a meal, Dimi and a friend were stood just 10 yards from me, they then left in Dimi's Audi Q7, this would have been at 7:45pm.

There you go FACT fans.

It makes sense now, Dimi in Hartlepool when it's looking good, it all goes to ratshit Saturday evening and decides to go back to Greece in the Audi, stopping off for one for the road at the Windmill.

FACT

To be fair they are suggesting that Dimi and Hartley will be the ones to sign and Rose may not be as Swindon are interested.

Dimitrious said on Sunday night that he expected to be signing for Pools - FACT. Things can change very quickly though.

Joel Porter also said on Sunday that Pools didn't offer him a contract, and had they offered him what he is worth he would of given it serious consideration
