Assuming we are staying up, who do we want to see the back of, and who do we want to come up/down?

I would like to see Brighton and Swindon join Cheltenham and Hereford in the bottom 4. Mainly cos they're miles away, and also because I despise Swindon.

I looks like Peterborough will get promoted with Leicester, and if they do, I'd prefer Tranmere to go up via the play-offs with them, as it's not a great away day.

Charlton are coming down, and it looks like Southampton are too. Of the remaining contenders - Norwich/Forest/Barnsley/Plymouth - I would prefer Norwich as it will be another ground to tick off.

It's a real shame that Darlo still haven't made it out of that goddamn basement, although it looks like Brentford have. Of the other contenders I'd like to see Exeter (great away trip, despite the distance), Bury (cos its closer than Gillingham/Wycombe/Shrewsbury/Dagenham/Morecambe) and Rochdale (cos they really deserve it). I wouldn't grumble about Chesterfield coming up instead mind.

It was the first match I took our lass to. After a superb game/result, we had a great night out in Exeter.

It was quite hot, so we left the windows of our hotel room open. At about 3 in the morning, we were rudely awoken by a group of very pissed Poolies walking down the street chanting "All can hear, United sing, the Darlo ran away.."

that could very well have been me! One of the lads was a fanny and went back to the hotel room early, out of his tree, so we stuck a half eaten roast chicken carcass on his pillow, he ended up cuddling into it. He couldnt work out why his face was so greasy the next day

DOWN: Norwich (Southern), Southampton (Famous, Southern, Skint, got a mate at Southampton University that I could see)- Charlton down already

UP: Brentford, Wycombe and if it has to be, Gillingham (5 minutes from them), Dagenham and Redbridge.

POK so of all those teams you mentioned, you will go to 1 (YES ONE) game with it being 5 minutes away.

And poke fun at the Southampton supporter.

The rest will be watched live on football Saturday with Jeff Stelling.

We're unlikely to get many northern teams. If Exeter or Wycombe could just slip up and let Bury in we might get both them and Rochdale. And if Barnsley come down and Leeds and Scunny don't go up and Carlisle and Crewe don't go down,we'll have a reasonable number of get-to-able matches. But that's a lot of ifs. I've a feeling it's going to be very much a 3rd Division (South) next season. What a difference from 2004-2005 when there were 8 Yorkshire teams.
