Charlton will be relegated on Monday if they lose at Coventry and either Nottingham Forest avoid defeat or Norwich win. If the Addicks manage a draw, they are still down if Forest win and Barnsley avoid defeat.

LEAGUE ONE:
Leicester City can confirm promotion on Monday if they beat Leeds at home and Milton Keynes Dons fail to beat Bristol Rovers.

Cheltenham will go down on Monday if they lose to Yeovil, or if they draw and both Carlisle and Crewe avoid defeat. Even if they win, Cheltenham will go down if Carlisle and Crewe both win and Hartlepool avoid defeat.

Hereford can also go down on Monday - if they lose at Tranmere and both Carlisle and Crewe avoid defeat, or if the Bulls draw but Carlisle and Crewe both win.

LEAGUE TWO:
Luton Town will go down on Monday if they fail to beat Chesterfield and Grimsby win at Notts County.

BLUE SQUARE PREMIER:
Burton Albion are one win away from sealing promotion, which they can do by winning at Kidderminster on Monday - while a draw will be good enough if both Torquay and Histon fail to win.
