Come on Hodcroft admit you have made a mistake and rectify it before it is too late. It is all well and good going for the cheap option or a friend of yours but 9 times out of ten it doesn't work. Get a proper manager in pronto, and send this clown back to the job he was doing whatever that is. Driving the bus, putting out the cones at training and standing in the middle of the training ground giving the strikers shooting practice. Not that it ever did much good. :uhoh:

changing manager now isnt gonna make a difference, he is doing his best with the players he inherited.

we will have to just scrape results and hope for the best and have a mass clear out at the end of season, 2/3 of them arent good enough/arent going to be good enough, they need a complete rebuild!
