So, so sad to hear this terrible news. I always had a good laugh with toothy on rivals and met him twice, once in Aug of 2005 and again recently in October. He was a smashing bloke with a great sense of humour. He told me he was on the road to recovery, but i felt he wasn't quite himself when we met in Oct. His absence from the boards concerned me deeply and I was worried he'd had a relapse. My worst fears were realised when my daughter told me the awful news on Saturday morning. Rob, it was a privilege to have know you mate and I will always fondly remember the short time that our paths crossed. You will be sadly missed.
