Try...ALL students dont pay council tax!

Just asked our lass and she said council tax is free...... ????

maybe its changed in the past 2 year???? i doubt it though.....

ever our kid doesnt pay council tax nor does he pay tax on his wages with being a student..... i hate the little runt for it!
