Went to Brighton, freezing. As soon as they scored that late goal I thought I'd try and make the earlier train.

Walked quickly through that alleyway to the station. Slipped, cut my knee.

Carried on walking to station, got on train, had a look at it.

Realised it was a bit nasty, Croydon train staff called an ambulanced.

Went to Mayday hospital.

Had 8 stiches, stayed overnight.

You should of made the best out of a bad situation Mr Gaunt, find a paving stone that was sticking up, took a photo with your phone and then sued Brighton council for damages.

Remember when Jon Cullen scored from the half way line at Swansea?

In my slightly inebriated state I fell down the terrace when jumping up and down and tore the ligament in my foot. I had to hobble 2 miles back to the station in Swansea in the driving rain, a mile and half from the station in Canterbury to the Hospital (when a taxi when you need one?) and spent 6 hours in A&E the next day. At least the train driver gave me a couple of paracetamol and turned the lights out so I could get a bit of kip on the overnight trip back to London.

Oh, and actually I'll think you find the infamous 'Fans United' game at Brighton was the worst away day ever.

the reason I hold a grudge against that club and its fans to this day. They re-visit the scene of their undeserved escape at Edgar Street soon.
I hope Hereford's players have a sense of history and stuff the bastards. They should realise this - because Graham Turner is still the manager there

Was that the alley way that had stewards at both ends strongly advising to walk the long way round as it was treacherous under foot? rolfl rolfl
