To be honest I fly Virgin quite a bit and they've always been Ok, not the best but Ok.

Just look at that route from Mumbai though...I'll probably get a beating for this, but I've seen these fookers in airports and planes and they are not the best passengers to be around.

That said, a standard should be maintained regardless of passenger.

The average Mumbai to London passenger would love that sh!t!
