the most pathetic word to ever be hatched from the premiershit generation, and used by wan-ker premiershit armchair clueless c-unts on wan-ky message boards like the BBC606 one, has got to be "playmaker"

Anycunt who refers to ManUre as "United" as though they are the only team to carry that suffix.

I hope that their tongue drops out and a week later they find themselves at risk of suffering a slow and painful death unless they can shout for help to attract somebody's attention.

Ex players who refer to 'the goals' when clearly meaning the goal (as in between the posts as opposed to scoring) and the 'onion bag' but not heard that for a while

I like how you get plenty of players with a "sweet left foot" or "cultured left foot" but you never get the same said about right footed players sctatchinghead

The Man City "project" ....

The last project I did was on "The Tudors" 30 odd years ago - I got a D for it as I made the schoolboy error (appropriately enough) of copying it word-for-word from the same book as Mr Gregson was using ....

when the itv commentators during the champions league say all of the opponents names, or when clive tilsley says "messes" when mentioning them.

generally anything andy townsend says and his stupid computer arrows. people saying the big four and also saying leeds, notts forest etc are big clubs so what they used to be, but if my aunty had balls she would be my uncle

Just a minute, what is this boonies near Durham? confised

Speaking of history, I'm pretty glad this week is over. The bairn has just done her History A-level exam and the house has been festooned with pink and orange post-it notes crammed with significant dates concerning the Far East. Doors, walls, mirrors everywhere.....

I absolutely loved watching Garth Crooks getting shanned off on Saturday on the BBC results programme....it went something like this....

Crooks....That was never a sending-off offence....the referee was very harsh....blah blah blah....

Claridge....it was reckless challenge

Crooks....but it was never a sending-off and the Refereee needs to take a good look at himself....blah blah blah

Claridge....I wouldn't have been too pleased if i got challenged like that and the Ref did nothing....

Crooks....the referee has got it wrong....IT WAS NOT A SENDING OFF OFFENCE

Claridge....the referee was right and took the correct action

Crooks....BUT IT WAS NOT A SENDING OFF OFFENCE

Claridge....I know but it was his 2nd yellow so he had to go!!!!

rolfl rolfl rolfl rolfl

You should have seen the look on Garth Crooks' face!!!!
