RIP Tony used to enjoy the programmes as a kid, was it Take Art/Hart.

A true Artist, he used to do some clever things with his pitch roller... RIP

Very sad.

I used to love his programmes as a kid. Morph is one of the best animations ever.

It's funny, but as a bairn you don't realise things like how much of a screaming queen he was.

His programme had lots of bizarre things going on, like that Mr Bennett character - he was supposed to be a caretaker or something, and he was always falling off ladders and putting his foot in buckets of paint etc. He was a chopper of the highest order, but there was always one or two attractive art student type bewers on as well which made it enjoyable.

As far as I'm aware, he was married and had grandchildren...

...he was an officer in the Ghurkas during the war and did work for their charities.
