Neither Turner, Wilson or Jesus Christ could achieve anything with this bunch of pea hearted shithouses. Honestly, I'd chase two thirds of them out of the place.

Mr Billingham has never walked out of a Pools match prior to the final whistle, but I think he would be tempted to this afternoon banghead

Hopefully 2009 will bring us more success on the pitch.

It a bad show when people only want to keep six or seven of the first team squad though isn't it.

coz he was an embarrasment like every one of the players with the execption of Joel Porter. I don't know how they dare pick up a wage after that pap.

clark needs to be back in his proper position , i.e. centre half ASAP.

Agreed. I don't think he has been playing well recently and the midfield constantly gets over ran. At Hereford he was very poor and lost the ball for their goal.

He's a great centre half and we always have chance of a clean sheet with him there.

It may not be a popular suggestion to Mr I but I'd also include Humphreys in that list, he was outstanding first half yesterday and still has plenty to offer.

He shows the odd 15 to 20 minutes cameo in occasional games, the rest of the time he a liability.

We have far, far worse players than Richie Humphreys. Also some of them could learn a lot from his attitude and professionalism.

I'd prefer a few less professional who didn't give as many goals away.

Why? because it disagrees with you? I think you'll find that there are very few other than yourself and the Frank & Ian show who think he brings much to the team. It's no joke, he is a liability, we have conceeded more goals from the left side of defence than any other area.

Naw, and by the way, I don't accept this professional attitude statement that some people keep rolling out. I think his attitude over the years at Pools has been very divisive. You know the whys and wherefores so I'm not going over them again except to say that when he finally leaves Pools I shall celebrate.

Oh hang on, silly me. Fancy me being stupid enough to blame the left back for getting skinned by anyone with more pace than Hopalong Cassidy. I should of course have realised its down the the winger, the centre backs even the woman selling the pies. I had forgotten heresy rule number one: "irrespective of all evidence it is not allowed to criticise Saint Ritchie"

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

there's a fookin huge difference between calling the game as you see it, and pointing out mistakes players inevitably make, and conducting a near-jihad against an individual who has served the club you claim to follow for so long. at the very least, seeing as successive managers keep picking him and he has the respect of his fellow players and opponents, you could change the fookin record every so often.

I'd rather suck off a tramp.

Jihad rolfl

edit: incidentally, players don't 'serve' they are in it for the kudos, enjoyment and the money. For this I do not criticise. I do however have a problem with those who lift mediocre players into ubergod status. Humphreys was a decent player for three years and a mediocre one ever since. He's done his best on the pitch no argument. It's his off pitch activitives I have a probem with.

Would you care to elaborate for those of us who don't know what the fuck you are going on about?

Now that is possibly one of the the most ridiclulous comments I have read for a long long time. Thats got to be said to further this argument, you really can't be serious can you !!!
