Two robberies just minutes apart

A 16-year-old boy and a man were punched in the face in two separate robberies just 15 minutes apart in a Teesside town.

Both victims were attacked in Hartlepool and two offenders stole their mobile phones.

They had been walking along Sandringham Road when they were assaulted by two men who asked them for cigarettes.

The teenager was left with a bleeding nose and the other victim, a 34-year-old man, was knocked to the ground.
