This is a post to counteract the unbelievble thread that's conspiring to run down Hartlepool.

These must be the true people who make the town what it is:

Andy Capp, Reg Smythe, Stuart Drummond, H'Angus The Monkey, Janick Gers, Michael Hunter, Phillip Middlemiss, Ridley Scott, Jeff Stelling, Graeme Storm and probably the most important reason of, the greatest little football club in the world....
