Captain of the reserves?

Cause that's where I can see Wilson putting him.

Any manager who starts Robson ahead of Monkhouse in a team needs to seriously question their ability to manage a team in the football league or any league. Robson had a good game yesterday but it was no more than kickabout.

If Monkhouse doesn't make the starting 11 for Colchester, Wilson might as well admit he isn't up to it and do the honourable thing.

Maybe there is a reason for it though?

Maybe Monkhouse is the highest earner at the club.

Maybe the club want rid of all the high earners.

Maybe thats why we are signing these cheap younguns.

Maybe.

I wouldn't go that far, he had an above average game by his standards, he put in a few quite good crosses in and took his goal well.
