who empties them?? What a job that must be.

On a related note, there's a one attatched to a lamppost right next to someone's garden fence in Vincent Street on the Central (about 2 feet from the fence)!!!!
There's loads of other places it could have been sited nearby, I would go ballistic if it was next to my garden like that!!!
