I reckon if he had been part of the squad at the start of last season we wouldn't have started so badly. I think he's one of those players who has suffered by comparisons with a famous dad. Very underrated I reckon.

If he had a bit of pace he would have been a great player

He was steady in our two playoff seasons when not injured. Nothing flash apart from the odd freekick but like has been said a bit of pace would of made him as he could certainly pass.

A good player badly treated at pools for me.

a poor version of Liddle if you ask me. Half decent player but didnt know how to pass a ball forwards to save his life. We have much better in our squad now

Another with the "poorly treated at pool" tag.

why was he?

We signed better players, and played them instead of him.

It's football

It's life

I think he was treated very well, he was loaned out to get first team games, he was then let go, for free, to enable him to play regular first team football, we could have kept him in the stiffs as back up for Liddle, sitting on his arse and doing nothing.

I had better not let PC see this, she will be heartbroken that he is injured again, one of her favourite players. But that was as much for his helping out at Rossmere when she worked there. Gavin and Eifion Williams often turned up when they needed a 'celebrity' for a special occasion in the school.

She got him to come away from his pre match warm up to take this picture, the day he broke his leg, I think she somehow feels responsible for it happening. sctatchinghead
