I have just gone past the Causeway and that has a for sale sign up as well. How sad is it that local pubs are going out of fashion faster than one of Madonna's Bra's. banghead banghead

I like The Causeway, and it's always quite full whenever we go in!

The Park on Park Road?

So the miserable old sod currently running it won't be in there?

If that's the case then I might start going in again.

a lot of pubs take a lot of money. Unfortunately the Council (on behalf of Central Govt plus their "expenses" for doing the honour)takes more off you than they are morally entitled to, and it ends up that they are not taking money from the business coffers, but actually taking money off you and your family because of the grossly disgusting high amount that they take. To the extent you are driven to the point of bankruptcy. They do NOT help local business, they are c-u-n-ts. What they do with it I do not know.
Don't get me started on the pub owning company.................. banghead banghead banghead banghead rage rage rage rage rage rage
